3 SIMPLE HIJAB STYLES YOU CAN WEAR EVERYDAY

Hijab is one beautiful piece of Islamic wear and holds a special place in the wardrobe of Muslim women as it is of religious importance to them. If you are new to the world of hijabs or just bored of the hijab styles, this article brings to you 3 different ways of tying the hijab with a step-by-step guide. These styles work well with both chiffon and viscose hijabs.

1. Jersey Wrap Hijabs

Step 1: Wrap the hijab around your face the way you would normally do and secure it with a pin just to make sure that it doesn’t move from its place. Fasten it somewhat tightly and bring it around your neck to the other side of your head.

Step 2: The side that you brought over your head is the tail of the hijab. Hold it in place with one hand and do the same thing with another end of the hijab also.

Step 3: Now you have 2 tails on either side of your head. Tuck them in your shirt to create a new hijab fashion.

2. Scarf Hijabs

Step 1: This hijab style requires a square hijab. Fold the hijab to form a triangle and wrap it around your head whichever way you like and pin it and one side should be longer than the other.

Step 2: Pull the backside of the hijab to the front. Take the longer side of the hijab and wrap it around the neck gently.

Step 3: Leave the shorter side as it is for now and tie a double knot using the longer part and the part that you brought from the back. Make sure that the double knot is tight enough to stay that way throughout the day without choking you.

Step 4: Take the short end of the hijab and put it inside your shirt and secure it in place with a pin or you can bring it to the other side of the neck and pin it there.

3. Viscose Wrap Hijabs

Step 1: Wrap the viscose hijab around your head the way you normally do but make sure one side is longer than the other.

Step 2: Take the shorter side and bring it over your head by wrapping it backward.

Step 3: Now take the longer side and do the same as you did for the shorter side. Both ends of the viscose hijab will now be on the same side of the head.

Step 4: Use a safety pin to hold both layers of the hijab over your head.

Step 5: Roll the tail whichever way you like to create a cool and new hijab style. Secure both ends of the hijab on one side of the head using a safety pin.
