Islamic Hijabs and their Different Styles for Women

Hijab is nothing but the piece of head covering or veil used by Muslim women as a part of their modest religious dressing style. It is an essential part of Muslim clothing. In the Arabic language, the word means a cover or a curtain. Today it refers to a piece of clothing used by women. In the Quran, the word has been used to refer to a dividing curtain that offers privacy. Muslim women are required to wear loose dresses that completely cover their bodies so that they do not draw any kind of unwanted attention. They should also cover their heads with a scarf. Some have an opinion that all parts of the body including the face, hands, and feet should be covered while others allow women to at least expose their face, hands, and feet and cover the rest of the body. This law for the hijab is flexible for young girls who have not yet reached puberty.
